My Favourite MUA Blushers - A review!

Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a really long while, but I felt like today would be a good time! Why? Because my new MUA blusher pallet arrived this morning! I bought mine in the sale (which is still going on, click here to buy your own unique pallet full of eye shadows, bronzers and of course blushers!) along with this amazing light-up mirror! So, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to review them, along with my MUA Mosaic Blush.

Price - £5 (I got mine for £2 though in the sale)
 Excuse bad nail polish!
The colours :) Taken with my Vivitar ViviCam T027
Price - £4 each (I got each of my colours for £1.65 though in the sale)

So those are the colours I chose (no the bottom picture is not a stock image, I just cropped it down. I'm not that lazy!) I have also taken individual photos and some swatches to go along with the reviews, so if you keep reading you will get to know more information about them!

Colour ~ London    Top left in pallet
The swatch I took of  London. Very Pretty <3

This is personally one of my favourite MUA blushers. It is a coral sort of colour, with pink shimmery waves running through it (which is why there are deep pink lines on it, which are visible on the pallet photo). It has gold sparkly undertones (rather than red) which, when applied to the face leaves skin looking flawless. It may look slightly pale in the swatch picture, but in reality it can be applied so the colour is a lot deeper and brighter. Furthermore, it is amazingly pigmented.

Colour ~ Butterscotch  ♦  Top right in pallet
This is the really terrible swatch - sorry not all
of them are this bad!    Taken with phone

Butterscotch is a lovely shade of chocolate pink. Now, I know this may seem really odd that a colour can be both chocolatey brown and pinky but this blusher pulls it off wonderfully! Seeing as the swatch was so rubbish I will have to do my best explaining it to you instead. When applied, it almost gives the impression of shadow and blush so it is not exactly a contour but it could be used as a very subtle one. I would also say that this shade may be better when you have a tan, and I only say this because it may compliment a darker shade of skin more. Again, it is extremely pigmented.

Colour ~ Juicy Apricot  ♦ Bottom left in pallet
The swatch of the absolutely gorgeous Juicy Apricot!
Taken with phone

Juicy Apricot is my favourite blusher. Ever. This isn't just out of the MUA blushers, this is out of every blusher I own (including the Sleek and Avon ones!). I've owned it for less than 24 hours and it is already my favourite blusher. It is, quite simply, the colour of an apricot. It also has gold sparkly, glittery bits in it too (which just makes it sooo much cooler!!). The colour is massively pigmented, a big bonus and just makes an already great blusher just perfect.  And, can I just say I LOVE the name of this blusher, don't get me wrong I like all of their names, but this one in particular is just awesome!! Well done MUA, you have definitely out done yourself this time <3 :)

Colour ~ Rose Thrill    Bottom right in pallet
Stunning swatch of Rose Thrill!

Rose Thrill is definitely LOUD. I would probably define this blusher as a 'going out' colour. Many people may be thinking ''I wear blushers WAY brighter than that on a day to day basis''. Well that's GREAT! :) But for me I'm not confident enough (and I'm quite young) to wear Rose Thrill  to school, or if I'm just ''popping out'' etc. Although, don't get me wrong, I will most definitely be wearing this whenever I can and it WON'T GO UN-LOVED. Aswell as this, I may change my attitude about this breathtaking blusher or I might find a way to incorporate it into a casual look, so you never know. I love this blusher I just wish I was more confident </3

That is all of my MUA blushers in my pallet, but I still have one more blusher to review, that I mentioned at the start...

Colour ~ English Rose    Taken with Vivitar ViviCam T027
(If you can read the date at the bottom, I know that is not a recent
date but I haven't changed the date on my camera yet!)
I don't own this picture! Found from link below  Read Chelle's blog post about this blusher here: http://chellesbeauty.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/mua-mosaic-blush-in-english-rose.html

This blusher is pretty much amazing. You are able to mix and blend colours together to create a colour that suits you! The swatch picture by Chelle shows this exactly. My personal favourite is the pearly pink shade in the middle, which I have used as a rosy highlighter before as well as a blush. Its not as pigmented as the pallet blushers though, but I don't have trouble using it. I would definitely recommend getting this product, its only £2.50! Click here to buy it!

That is all of reviews for today and this is where I have to end my post. I hope you enjoyed reading about my purchases and learnt something from my reviews! Remember to email me suggestions of new products, post ideas etc to  madamecupcake0801@gmail.com.

Wow I'm really bad at ending posts!

Until next time!

Hana xxx
